Hi, I’m Magen—baker, sourdough enthusiast, and the heart behind Valley Baked. My love for baking runs deep, rooted in family traditions where food was more than just nourishment—it was a way to bring people together. From a young age, I found joy in the kitchen, learning the art of homemade bread and pastries alongside loved ones. Those early moments sparked a lifelong passion for creating and sharing real, handcrafted food.

Before diving full-time into my baking journey, I spent over a decade in a successful corporate career, specializing in building relationships, fostering growth, and connecting communities. While I thrived in that space, I craved something more personal—something that aligned with my values of family, quality, and authenticity. Baking and cooking had always been my creative outlet, and I knew it was time to turn that passion into something bigger.
